Unveiling Happiness
"Happiness is nothing but a state of mind." It means it's the brain that can make it happen at any moment. It is a crucial point to understand. Yet, almost everyone seeks that in the external world. They try and do a lot many things and still can't find it. We, as humans, are evolved over billions of years from blue-green algae. There are almost infinite numbers of chromosomes mutations (ref genetic engineering) that happened overages that made a human. Every one of us is billion years old, but we have a memory as old as our age. We need to rethink our evolution and then seek how dependent we are on different entities of our ecosystem (core elements - air, water, fire, sky, land), and others like sun, plants, trees, food, etc. A human mind is designed to learn and seek out things and has infinite possibilities to discover and invent more.
